What it costs
We quote it, we do not publish it
Tell us the dates, the group and what you are building. You get a written figure back, usually within 24 hours.
The season, the month and the shape of your programme all move the number, and a first retreat is not priced like a fifth. A published rate card would fit almost nobody, so we do not pretend to have one.
The camp becomes your container, entirely: 8 luxury tents, up to 20 guests, no other visitors, a dedicated team of 10+ who stay invisible until needed, all meals, 4x4 transfers, and every signature desert experience included.
Production tiers are available for signature programmes: ceremony design, bespoke chef menus, private astronomer, videographer and content team. Starlink connectivity for hosts on request; your participants stay disconnected, you stay in control.
Getting Here from the US
Marrakech (RAK) has direct flights from New York (about 7 hours) and one-stop connections from every major US city. From Marrakech, we arrange the journey south for your group, with private 4x4s for the final stretch into Erg Chegaga.
US passport holders do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. Your participants simply land in Marrakech, and we take it from there.
Quieter Season Group Rate
Groups of 8 or more booking September or January, our two quietest months, get 10% off the full camp rate. Same camp, same team, same skies, simply a calendar the desert has more room on.
For Organizers Who Come Back, or Send Someone Our Way
If you host a retreat with us and return for a second, your second privatization comes with one night on us. If you refer another facilitator or group organizer whose booking confirms, you receive the same, a complimentary night on your next stay. No forms, no tiers, we simply remember who brought us their trust.

A Sample 5-Day Retreat
A proven rhythm that facilitators adapt to their own curriculum
Arrival and landing
4x4 convoy from M'Hamid into Erg Chegaga. Welcome tea, room assignment, sunset walk on the dunes, open-fire dinner. No programming, just arrival.
Opening the container
Sunrise practice on the dunes. Morning session in the majlis lounge. Afternoon rest or camel trek. Evening opening circle around the fire under Bortle 1 skies.
Deep work
Full teaching day: two morning sessions, long midday break, one afternoon session. Optional sandboarding or 4x4 excursion for free time. Stargazing session after dinner.
Integration
Gentle morning practice. Solo time in the dunes for journaling or silence. Afternoon 1-to-1 sessions. Closing ceremony and celebration dinner.
Closing and departure
Final sunrise practice, closing circle, breakfast. Convoy back to M'Hamid, onward transfers to Marrakech or your next destination.
This is a template, not a rule. Some facilitators run silent retreats with almost no schedule, others run intensive trainings with three sessions a day. We build the logistics around your program.
