The celebration evening
The dinner itself is built around your brief. Our private chef designs a menu with you in advance, from refined Moroccan tasting menus to family-style feasts under lantern light. A Gnawa or Ahwach music ensemble can perform around the fire. Toasts happen under a Bortle Class 1 sky, one of the darkest officially measurable skies on Earth, with the Milky Way arched overhead like a decoration you could not have ordered.
Some hosts add a surprise: a candlelit dinner table set alone on a dune crest, a fireworks-free sparkler moment (the darkness makes even small lights spectacular), or a printed photo book of the guest of honor waiting in their tent.

The camp hosts 2 to 18 guests in 8 private tents, up to 20 with extra beds. This constraint is a feature. When should we book?
The camp operates September through June, and the most requested celebration windows (October, New Year, spring school breaks) fill early. For a full buy-out, 6 to 10 months of lead time is comfortable; some hosts book a year out to lock a specific birthday date.
Is it comfortable enough for guests who do not camp?
Yes, and this is usually the biggest surprise. Every tent has a real bed, fine linens, a private bathroom with hot shower, and heating for winter nights. Very little after the initial planning call. You tell us the occasion, the guest list, the dietary notes and the moments you want to create. The camp team runs everything on the ground. Most hosts tell us afterward that it was the first birthday they organized where they were fully a guest at their own party.
