What this is not
Not a desert evening added to your seminar
Most agencies sell the desert as one night out: dinner under a tent an hour from Marrakech, back to the hotel before midnight, the seminar itself held in a conference room. That is a good evening. It is not what happens here.
Umnya sits 60 kilometres of piste beyond M'Hamid El Ghizlane, the last town on the paved road. Your team sleeps here, works here and eats here for the whole programme, with no signal to return to, and no other guests when you take the whole camp. The desert is not the entertainment. It is the room you work in.
When you take the whole camp, from 2 to 18 guests and up to 20 with extra beds, it is yours alone, quoted as one global rate for the whole camp, set case by case for your dates and programme.

Corporate FAQ
Is there Wi-Fi and technical equipment?
We provide a projector, flip charts and a 120" outdoor screen for evening sessions, all running on solar power. There is no Wi-Fi at the camp, so we build sessions to run offline and we ask you to download key documents before arrival. For anyone who genuinely has to reach the office, a phone signal can be found a short walk from camp, about twenty minutes there and back, a walk most delegates end up enjoying more than the call itself.
How many people can the camp host?
The camp accommodates up to 20 guests in exclusive privatization mode. For groups of 8 to 12 we can maintain a very intimate atmosphere; for 13 to 20 we use the full camp infrastructure including the open-air majlis, lounge tent, and the natural dune amphitheater.
What is the travel logistics from major cities?
From Marrakech: 1h40 by private helicopter (recommended), landing at the camp, or 8h45 by private 4x4 convoy, of which the last 1h30 is piste. From Casablanca: about 11 hours by road. We coordinate all ground transport, airport transfers and logistics. We can arrange direct flights to Ouarzazate to reduce road time.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and catering for working sessions?
Yes, all dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, allergies) are handled with advance notice. Catering ranges from working lunches and light grazing tables to formal gala dinners under the stars with a private sommelier.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Corporate bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm. Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund. 30 to 60 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: deposit is retained. Full policies are outlined in the corporate contract sent with your proposal.

From Marrakech: 1h40 by private helicopter (recommended), landing at the camp, or 8h45 by private 4x4 convoy, of which the last 1h30 is piste. From Casablanca: about 11 hours by road. We coordinate all ground transport and airport transfers.

What this is not
Not a desert evening added to your offsite
Most desert programmes sold from Marrakech are an evening in the Agafay, a rocky plateau forty minutes from the city, with the team back at the hotel before midnight. It works as an outing. It leaves the way the group works together exactly as it found it.
Here the desert is the offsite, not an excursion inside it. The camp sits sixty kilometres past the last paved road, and when a team privatises it, it holds that team alone for several nights. There is no network at the camp: a signal can be found a short walk away, about twenty minutes there and back. Nobody is driving back to the city at the end of the evening.
