The dates
Or simply the month. The camp has only eight tents, so we check your dates and answer on the same day.
How many of you
A single tent or the whole camp: from 2 to 18 guests, and up to 20 with extra beds. An approximate number is enough to start.
The occasion
A family trip, a celebration, a group of friends, a company offsite, a training camp or a retreat. It changes what we propose, not the price of the camp.
Useful before the first message
- Season
- Open from September to June, closed in July and August. October to April is the most comfortable window.
- Getting there
- About 8 hours 45 by road from Marrakech, of which 1 hour 30 is piste on the last 60 km, or 1 hour 40 by helicopter.
- At the camp
- There is no network at the camp. A signal can be found a short walk away, about twenty minutes there and back.
- Languages
- The team works in Arabic, Berber, French and English.

How quickly do you answer an enquiry? +
Within 24 hours, and the answer is a written proposal rather than a brochure: the nights that are actually free, a figure for your stay, what is included item by item, and a day by day programme you can show the rest of the group.
What should the first message contain? +
The dates or simply the month you have in mind, roughly how many of you there are, and the occasion. That is enough for us to answer with real availability. Everything else, the rooming list, dietary needs and arrival times, comes later.
Can we reach you on WhatsApp? +
Yes, on +212 6 00 66 66 16. The team answers in English, French and Arabic, and also speaks Berber. There is no mobile coverage at the camp itself, so messages are answered from the office rather than from the dunes.
